We're looking for an experienced Purchase Manager who can own procurement operations, build strong vendor relationships, negotiate the best commercial terms, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, and AV products.
• Source quotations from OEMs, distributors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
• Track orders through to successful delivery and resolve procurement issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Project teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and technology partners.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Optimize procurement costs while maintaining service quality.
• Monitor inventory requirements and support procurement planning.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.

What We're Looking For

• 4–10 years of procurement experience in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, AV, or System Integration industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong experience working with OEMs and national distributors.
• Excellent commercial negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of GST, invoicing, and procurement documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM tools.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience with one or more of the following technologies or brands is a plus: Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Sophos, Check Point, Microsoft, Poly, Logitech, Yealink, Samsung, LG, Crestron, QSC, Biamp, Shure, Sennheiser, Barco, Datapath.
