Founding Engineer | Technical Cofounder | Southern California, CA | Full-time | Cofounder Equity
Early stage AI infrastructure company. Founder with existing distribution, industry access, and brand infrastructure already in motion. Hiring the technical cofounder to complete the founding team.
You will own the technical architecture from zero. First production code, stack decisions, infrastructure, and every engineering call in year one. Full authority. Cofounder level equity.
Looking for:
Shipped production software at meaningful scale. Full stack ability across frontend, backend, and infrastructure without waiting for a team. Real production experience with LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, or vector infrastructure. Users, load, consequences. Not demos. Track record taking something from zero to live independently. Builds systems designed to survive growth.
Must be based in Southern California. Onsite or hybrid during founding phase.
Send your background and the most significant system you built and shipped. Independent builds still running in production move to the front of the line.
