About the Role
Kumarinfotech is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team in Kalyan West. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with potential customers over phone calls.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company services and generate leads.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & Basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome.
Prior telecalling/customer support experience is an added advantage.
