Co-Founder / Founding Operator

We are building an ambitious technology startup in stealth mode and are looking for a highly execution-driven co-founder to help build the company from the ground up in Menlo Park, California.

This is a deeply hands-on operating role involving day-to-day execution across operations, fundraising coordination, hiring, growth initiatives, partnerships, and company building. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and genuinely wants to build long term.

The ideal candidate has experience working within startups, entrepreneurial environments, venture ecosystems, or high-growth companies and is excited by intense early-stage execution rather than traditional corporate structures.

Strong execution and operational mindset

Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, startup operations, or growth environments

Comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early-stage company

Ability to move quickly and operate in ambiguity

High ownership mentality with deep day-to-day involvement

Interested in building aggressively over the long term within a startup environment

This is not an advisory, consulting, board-level, or passive involvement role. We are specifically looking for a highly involved builder/operator who wants to work closely with the founding team in an intense early-stage environment.
