Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Newndra Innovations is looking for Production Expert (Bachelor’s in Production, Design, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.) to work on prestigious and award winning Innovations.
The Production Manager is responsible for managing production cum development projects from concept through each stage of design, prototyping, testing, regulatory approval, material selection, tooling and coordination of production launch activities. Project management duties include establishing project timelines and budgets; coordinating the work of other project team members, maintaining, CE, ISO, FDA required documentation; and reporting to management on project progress.
Job Requirements:
• Must have in depth knowledge of all process related to setting new production and assembly line, vendor management, worker hiring etc.

• Industrial/ Commercial hands-on manufacturing experience, in medical orthopedic deviced highly preferred.
• Should have good knowledge of different manufactuing technics, process, in sheet metal, pipe, plastic and fabrics.
• Must have a minimum 3 year of experience of production lines.
• Bachelor’s in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least two years’ experience in the Medical Device Development Industry.
• Experience must include exposure to a variety of Materials, Manufacturing Processes, and Tooling.
• Experience in complex assembly/part and in working with CAD software such as SolidWorks, ProE, or Catia.
• Good contact with different vendors and supplier in metal and plastic line.
• Must be able to set new production line from beginning, planning, workers hiring
• Proficient in PC tools including MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
• Well-developed project management skills including project documentation, design control process, and ability to produce and deliver project progress presentations to managers, customers and team members.
• Must have strong desire to work in Startup environment. Startup experience highly preferred.
• Outstanding leadership and organization skills.
Other duties include:
• Research materials, products, technologies, test methods, and assembly/fabrication processes.
• Coordinate design and fabrication of prototypes for evaluation and testing.
• Work with developers, end users, and marketing to define and evaluate new innovative product concepts.
• Monitor activities of NPD team members to measure project progress and to ensure achievement of project milestones and timelines.
• Prepare and present regular management reports on project status and achievement of required timelines and budgets.
• Manage project documentation for compliance to FDA/ISO/CE regulations and procedures including Design History Files.

Locations: Jaipur, India. May need to travel in India and abroad.
