Jarurat Care is looking for compassionate and motivated Caregiver Counselling Intern to support patients and caregivers at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai, on behalf of JCF. Key Responsibilities

Collect and organize patient and caregiver information accurately.
Help patients and caregivers understand hospital files and documents using simple, easy-to-understand language.
Assist with patient documentation and record management.
Provide emotional support and compassionate guidance to patients and caregivers.
Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure smooth communication.
Help patients navigate hospital processes and services.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive patient information.
Update records using basic computer applications.
Support the counselling team in daily operational activities.
Identify patient concerns and escalate them appropriately.
Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
Contribute to improving the overall patient and caregiver experience.

Preferred Candidate

Bengali-speaking candidates will be given preference
Familiarity with hospital environments is an added advantage.

Are available to join immediately.
Can commit for a minimum of 9 months.
Are available to work full-time (9:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
Have strong empathy and communication skills.
Possess basic computer proficiency.
