Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Documentry style Video Editor.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit long-form podcast videos for YouTube (45–120 minutes)
• Create short clips/reels (30 sec – 2 min) for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Sync audio and video; remove mistakes, long pauses, and fillers
• Add subtitles/captions, lower-thirds, speaker names, and highlights
• Improve video quality: color correction, audio balancing, noise reduction
• Add basic B-roll, images, screen recordings, or stock visuals when required
• Ensure consistent branding (logo, fonts, colors, intro/outro)
• Deliver videos on time and follow feedback carefully

Required Skills
• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve or similar/AI skills)
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and pacing
• Good understanding of YouTube and short-form content formats
• Ability to add clean and readable captions/subtitles
• Attention to detail and willingness to revise edits if needed

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience editing podcasts
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO basics (thumbnails, hook clips)
• Motion graphics basics (After Effects)
• Understanding of finance, business, or educational content

Job Details-

Work Type- Remote, Full-time.

Start: July 2026

Experience - 2 year Minimum

Salary: 420000 LPA -540000 LPA (Depending on the expertise/skill)
