About us
We are a New York City-based architecture firm specializing in multi-family residential and mixed-use projects. Founded seven years ago, the firm is currently undergoing a rebrand and expanding its team. With a total of 30 team members, including an 11-person architectural team in Bogotá, we work on the design and delivery of projects across New York City, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on quality and innovation.
About the role

The Facade Designer will be responsible for coming up with the design concepts including selecting materials, patterns, colors, etc, designing and developing innovative facade solutions for multifamily, mixed-use, mid-rise, and high-rise architectural projects. This role involves collaborating with the project architect and project manager to integrate facade designs with overall project goals. The candidate will conduct material research and selection, most of the facades are designed with brick, metal panels, efis systems and similar, prepare detailed drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Required Skills:
Strong design skills to create aesthetically pleasing and functional facade designs.
Technical proficiency in Revit for drafting and modeling
Technical proficiency in rendering softwares such as D5, Enscape, etc.
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of various facade materials and their properties, including sustainability considerations.
Problem-solving skills to address design challenges effectively.
Attention to detail for accuracy in drawings and specifications.
