LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to map processes and produce the core documentation for a regulatory transformation programme. You will own the Business Requirements Specification (BRS) and contribute to the SDS, working closely with technical and domain leads to ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements with client stakeholders
• Map end-to-end business processes using BPMN notation
• Write and maintain the Business Requirements Specification (BRS) and contribute to the SDS
• Support regulatory reporting documentation throughout the engagement
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect and XBRL Lead to keep requirements and design aligned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong BPMN skills and experience producing structured requirements documentation
• Background working with government, regulatory, or compliance-driven clients
• Able to produce BRS and SDS documentation to a high, client-ready standard
• Experienced in regulatory reporting processes is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent requirements streams
