About Contour

About This Role

You create original maths content for Contour on a project basis, taking clear briefs from the content team and producing questions, worked solutions, booklet sections, and assessments for Grades 9 to 12, aligned to the VCE and Pre-VCE syllabus. Same quality bar as our in-house team: accurate, well structured, with tutor-voice solutions a student can follow alone. Remote, your own schedule, deadlines agreed per project, paid per project or per resource. Reliable quality can turn into ongoing work or a full-time seat.

What You Will Do

Take briefs and build original maths content to spec.
Write like a tutor in step-by-step, student-friendly solutions.
Align to the VCE and Pre-VCE syllabus, deliver to deadline, and revise cleanly on feedback.

What You Need

• Strong mathematics across Grades 9 to 12, VCE ideally, with a sample or portfolio.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail, and reliability to deadlines.

What good looks like

• Briefs delivered on time, to standard, minimal revisions.
• Solutions a student can follow alone, syllabus-aligned.
• A relationship, not a one-off.

The practical close

Freelance and fully remote, anywhere in India, your own schedule to agreed deadlines. Compensation is per project or per resource, agreed openly upfront, with a path to ongoing or full-time work.
