Do you want to build math resources from the ground up, the booklets, exams, and worked solutions that thousands of students actually learn from?

In a typical week you might write exam-style questions for Year 11 methods, build step-by-step solutions that read like a tutor talking a student through it, and align a booklet to the VCE syllabus with the onshore team.

Today we operate across three brands with 8,000+ students and 425+ team members: roughly 100 in India and 325 onshore in Australia. The India team runs publishing, student experience, CRM and technology, operations, and people and culture.

About This Role

You create original mathematics content for Grades 9 to 12: practice exams, booklets, assignments, and assessments. This is a hands-on creator role, not editing: you write the questions, define the structure, and write step-by-step solutions that mirror a tutor's voice. You align to the VCE and Pre-VCE syllabus for accuracy and fit, work alongside our existing India content team, and report into the onshore academic team in Australia to align on objectives.
The bar is conceptual depth paired with the ability to explain simply: you make a hard method feel obvious and write solutions a struggling student can follow alone.

What You Will Do

Create original maths content for Grades 9 to 12.
Structure resources for clarity and logical progression.
Write like a tutor in step-by-step, student-friendly solutions.
Align to the VCE and Pre-VCE syllabus for accuracy and fit.
Collaborate with the onshore team, and refine and improve as you go.

What You Need

A degree in mathematics, and 1 to 3 years in maths content development.
Strong conceptual understanding, and familiarity with syllabus alignment (VCE preferred).
Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several projects independently.

The practical close

Fully remote, anywhere in India. Your day runs on India hours with overlap into Australian business time. Compensation is competitive and benchmarked to the role and your experience. We discuss it openly early in the process.
