About Studio Era

Studio Era is a fitness and nutrition app built by Maddie Rascan, one of the fastest-rising voices in women's health and fitness. We serve women in their 30s through 60s: women navigating hormonal shifts, bodies that changed the rules, and the frustration of doing everything that used to work and getting nothing back. We help them get strong again.

It's working. We've grown from low seven figures to eight figures in ARR in under six months. And behind the app sits our engine: an unusually active community where members post their comebacks, setbacks, and wins every single day. It is some of the best raw material a creative strategist could ask for.

Which brings us to you.

The role

You will own creative strategy for Meta, our primary paid channel: the angles we pursue, the testing roadmap, the concepts, the briefs, and the read on what's working and why. Your mandate is winning creative at scale, and how we get there is largely yours to shape.

The biggest opportunity right now is our community. Our members say things no copywriter could invent: first workouts after years away, strength milestones, the moment the inner critic finally went quiet. Finding those stories and turning them into winning ads is currently a craft. Job one is to keep the craft and build the machine: sourcing testimonials, guiding members through recording, writing briefs, running iteration, and operationalizing the process so it scales without losing what makes it work.

That is where you'll start, not where the job ends. We're moving fast enough that priorities six months from now will be shaped by what you find, what wins, and where the business goes next.

You will have a dedicated editor. You are also expected to open a timeline and cut yourself when a concept can't wait or a test needs your own hands on it.

You will work directly alongside Maddie on creative that features her, and you will report to Konstantin, our Head of Growth.

Who we're looking for

  • You have 5+ years in performance creative with results you can demonstrate and explain in detail: the ads, the decisions behind them, and what happened after launch.
  • You've operated at real scale: at least $200K per month in Meta spend. Meta is our focus, and we need fluency in what wins there right now.
  • You're fluent in Meta Ads Manager. You build your own reports, read the metrics that matter for creative (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA), and can diagnose why an ad won or died without waiting on a media buyer.
  • You write ads yourself: hooks, scripts, and copy, plus briefs clean enough that an editor can execute them without a meeting.
  • You've directed real people. You know how to source, brief, and guide customers or UGC creators to get authentic footage that actually cuts into an ad.
  • You can edit. Comfortable in CapCut, Premiere, or similar: not at a professional editor's level, but enough to ship a solid cut yourself when it matters.
  • You're a self-starter who writes exceptionally well. We're a small, mostly async team, and clear writing plus self-direction is how work moves here.

Why now

We are an eight-figure business that still runs like an early-stage one: small team, fast decisions, no layers between you and the founders. The person in this seat gets to build the creative engine of a brand that is compounding, next to a creator audiences genuinely love. If you want to help shape something special from early on, this is that chance.

Hiring process

Screening → chat with Head of Growth → case study → chat with the founders → offer.

In your message, include two of the best ads you have ever made. For each one, walk us through how it came to life: where the insight came from, how you developed and produced it, and how it performed. You don't have to share CPA or spend figures. Everything else, the more detail the better.
