Entry-level recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to help our company meet complex and emerging staffing needs. As a staffing and recruitment specialist, you actively recruit qualified individuals for open positions, formulate and implement hiring processes, oversee candidate interviews and screening, and collaborate with HR personnel to formulate effective staffing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruit qualified individuals to fill vacant positions
Maintain and develop friendly relations with professional organizations and universities from which applicants may be recruited
Collaborate with HR personnel and executive stakeholders to determine an ideal hiring and staffing strategy
Oversee and conduct candidate interviews and implement new hiring processes
