About the Role:We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to act as the vital link between our customer success team and our core development team. You will be responsible for investigating complex technical issues for our high-profile government clients, specifically diagnosing login failures, missing student data, and system sync errors.
Key Responsibilities:
Query our PostgreSQL database safely to investigate why government client accounts or student records are missing or misconfigured.
Inspect application server logs to diagnose network or system-level login issues.Isolate data anomalies and handle data fixes without escalating basic lookups to the engineering team.
Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical client managers and government stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong PostgreSQL Proficiency:
Must be confident writing complex SELECT queries, JOINs, and filtering data across large relational tables.
Sensitive Data Handling
: Proven experience working under strict data privacy regulations (e.g., handling student data or government records)
.Troubleshooting Mindset: Experience reading system logs, API payloads, or utilizing APM tools (e.g., Datadog, Kibana, or LogRocket).
