HiCube Designs is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Research & Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.

👤 Experience: 1–3 Years (Experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or client acquisition is preferred.)Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Visit commercial spaces, restaurants, retail stores, offices, residential projects, and construction sites to generate leads.
Meet with business owners, builders, and decision-makers to introduce HiCube Designs' architectural and interior design services.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients for the senior team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Maintain records of client visits, leads, and daily field activities.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or client acquisition.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel locally within Guwahati and nearby areas for client meetings and market research.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
