Integration Support Engineer- QA

Job Opening Summary:
Role: Integration Support Engineer
Location: Delhi NCR

About the Role 
We are looking for a hands-on QA Integration Support Engineer  to ensure the quality and reliability of our web-based products. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to validate features, uncover defects early, and protect production quality in a fast-moving startup environment. 
 
 Required Skills: 

• Hands-on experience with Postman and the ability to read and work with API documentation.
• Strong understanding of API authentication mechanisms (API keys, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Basic Auth, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting skills to systematically diagnose and resolve API / integration issues.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and sanity testing for new releases.
• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios. Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to reproduce and resolve customer-reported issues.
• Participate in release validation, UAT, and production smoke testing.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation skills — clear, structured, and complete.
• Excellent customer communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic scripting skills to support troubleshooting and automation.
• Strong logical and analytical problem-solving ability.
  
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, including when handling challenging customer conversations where the fault lies with our product.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, without deflecting on to the customer.
• Proactive use of Knowledge Bases (KBs) — updating KBs and recording lessons learned.
• Strong team collaboration and knowledge-sharing attitude.

Good to Have 

• Working knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.) 
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or Agile environment 
• Exposure to cloud platforms and containerized environments and basic log analysis using tools like Kibana or Grafana.
