Social Media Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Tracking: Monitor, collect, and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, follower growth, conversion rates) across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Reporting & Analytics: Compile clear weekly and monthly performance reports using analytical tools to present trends and audience insights to the management team.
• Competitor & Trend Analysis: Conduct market research to track competitor strategies, algorithm updates, and viral content trends across digital spaces.
• Campaign Optimization: Work closely with our marketing and content creators to provide data-backed recommendations on what type of content performs best.
• Audience Insights: Evaluate audience demographic data to help refine our targeting and positioning strategies for Western markets.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, organized tracking sheets and dashboard metrics for all active marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Location: Must be currently living and physically located in Indonesia.
• Language: Native or near-native professional English fluency (both written and verbal) to present reports clearly to US management.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience working as a Social Media Analyst, Digital Marketing Analyst, or Data Analyst in the digital marketing space.
• Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with native platform analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Analytics).
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data manipulation and visualization is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Looker Studio or Google Analytics is a strong plus.
• Infrastructure: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet remote workspace, and a high-functioning computer/laptop.
