Remote Operations Manager

Dailey & Wells Communications, a trusted L3Harris partner delivering public safety radio systems for 50+ years, is looking for a Remote Operations Manager to coordinate field installs, scheduling, and vendor logistics across LMR system projects nationwide. You'll be the connective tissue between field technicians, project managers, vendors, and leadership, keeping timelines, budgets, and communication on track from a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation for field technicians working on LMR system installs, tower sites, and equipment servicing
Track project timelines and deliverables across multiple active job sites
Serve as the communication link between field crews, project managers, and leadership
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers (including L3Harris) on equipment, parts, and logistics
Monitor budgets and report on operational KPIs for ongoing projects
Flag and resolve scheduling conflicts or field issues before they cause delays
Support onboarding and scheduling for new field technicians
Ensure work complies with relevant FCC and public safety communications standards

Work Experience: 5+ years in operations, ideally in telecommunications, LMR, two-way radio, or field service management
Skills: Scheduling and resource coordination, vendor/logistics management, budget tracking, remote team management, FCC/public safety compliance familiarity

Qualifications

Comfortable managing remote/distributed field teams and multiple concurrent job sites
Strong written and verbal communication
Valid driver's license, ability to travel periodically
Must be authorized to work in the United States
