About Us
Tiger Blood Ventures is the technology company behind WeedMeOnline, an innovative platform designed to become the operating system for cannabis enthusiasts. WeedMeOnline combines AI, education, strain discovery, dispensary information, product reviews, community features, rewards, and personalized cannabis experiences into one platform.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building communities, solving problems, and helping grow an exciting startup from the ground floor.
What You’ll Do
As one of our first team members, you’ll work directly with the founder to help grow WeedMeOnline.
Responsibilities include:
- Contact dispensaries to introduce WeedMeOnline and onboard new partners.
- Recruit smoke shops, cannabis brands, influencers, and ambassadors.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Respond to customer questions and support requests.
- Help moderate the WeedMeOnline community.
- Attend cannabis events and trade shows when needed.
- Test new platform features and provide feedback.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity.
- Help organize promotional giveaways and contests.
- Track outreach efforts and maintain CRM records.
- Generate creative ideas to attract new users and increase engagement.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything about cannabis—but you should be excited to learn.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Self-motivated and dependable.
Comfortable talking with business owners.
Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Creative and willing to think outside the box.
Active on social media.
Passionate about startups and technology.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Cannabis industry
- Social media marketing
- Customer service
- Sales or business development
- Canva
- Notion
- HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- SEO
- Video editing
- Photography
- Event marketing
