*About the Role *

We are seeking a Claude Code Tooling & Evaluation Engineer to develop tools, workflows, and evaluation systems that improve AI-assisted software development. The role focuses on developer productivity, AI coding assistants, and code quality evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build tooling around Claude Code and AI coding assistants.
• Evaluate AI-generated code quality.
• Develop automated evaluation pipelines.
• Improve developer workflows.
• Create internal AI engineering utilities.
• Benchmark AI coding performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance AI-assisted development.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Git expertise.
• Experience with developer tooling.
• Knowledge of LLM-powered coding assistants.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Strong debugging and code review skills.
