Timple.ai is an established 18+ AI companion platform with existing traffic, and I’m looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Co-Founder to help take the company to the next level.

The platform is already live, and I’m looking for the right growth partner to help turn existing traffic into paying subscribers while scaling customer acquisition and long-term revenue.

This is an equity-based founding opportunity, with the goal of transitioning into a salaried position as the company reaches sustainable revenue, while you continue to hold meaningful equity as a co-founder.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy.
• Increase user acquisition and paid subscriptions.
• Improve onboarding and conversion rates.
• Build and manage affiliate, referral, and partnership programs.
• Identify effective advertising channels for the adult industry.
• Improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and key performance metrics.
• Work closely with the Technical Co-Founder to shape product growth and marketing strategy.

Who I’m Looking For
• Experience growing consumer subscription businesses.
• Experience with performance marketing, paid advertising, SEO, affiliate marketing, or conversion rate optimization.
• Experience marketing adult, dating, creator economy, gaming, or other consumer subscription products is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, retention, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Comfortable working in the 18+ adult AI companion industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a company for the long term.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to take ownership of growth.
