SENIOR DESIGNER - Webflow & Marketing Design

We're looking for a senior, self-directed designer to own our marketing design and Webflow
presence. This is an ongoing, part-time contract role. Workload varies week to week: some
weeks are busy, others are quiet, so we're hiring someone who values flexibility and can
manage their own time against shifting priorities.
You'll be the go-to person for everything design outside of product. Your priorities, in order:
(1) design and build marketing and landing pages in Webflow, (2) digital marketing materials,
and (3) print materials.

This is a PART TIME contractor role, 100% remote, with compensation in USD and a flexible estimated workload of 10 to 20 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

● Redesign, build, and maintain marketing and landing pages directly in Webflow
● Clean up and restructure our existing Webflow setup so it's maintainable and scalable
● Help refine and extend our marketing brand system, building on our existing brand
identity and product design system
● Design digital marketing materials: one-pagers, sales and marketing materials, slide
decks, and brochures
● Produce print materials as needed
● Improve and, where needed, write marketing copy from the direction and key points
we provide
● Apply technical SEO best practices in Webflow builds

What We’re Looking For

● Senior-level designer who works independently, makes strong design decisions, and
needs minimal direction
● Expert in Webflow — both designing and building, including improving messy or
inherited setups
● Solid grasp of HTML/CSS fundamentals
● Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
● Comfortable owning a project end to end across web, digital, and print

Nice to have

● Strong copywriting skills
● Figma (our product team works in Figma)
● Technical SEO/GEO knowledge: meta tags, canonical links, hreflang, schema markup,
and related fundamentals
● Webflow interactions/animation
● Presentation and slide design experience
