The Role

The Client is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic L1 Client Servicing. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in technology, along with 5 to 8 years of prior experience.

*What you will be doing:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to be able to establish a rapport with people at all levels.
• Need to be flexible to travel for client’s places. (Across Kolkata, East Regions like West Bengal, Odisha, etc, Across India if there is need, International)

• Experience working on ERP Modules.
Real Estate ERP, Highly preferred
Manufacturing ERP,
Supply Chain Management ERP.
Warehouse management,
Basic Knowledge of SQL (select, update, Backup, Restore, Profiler).
Accounting basics.
• Understanding of ticketing tool systems. (good to have)
• Ability to work independently and with Internal and clients Teams.
• Analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.
