We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end garment manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production planning, timely delivery, high product quality, and optimal factory performance. The role involves managing production schedules, supervising factory teams, coordinating with procurement to ensure material availability, driving cost and process efficiencies, monitoring production metrics, and resolving operational challenges to achieve a fast-paced production cycle.
Requirements:
6-7 years of experience in garment production, preferably in abayas or similar apparel categories.
Experience managing garment factories or production lines.
Strong knowledge of cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control processes.
Excellent production planning and operational problem-solving skills.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and production tracking.
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate on-ground production teams while maintaining productivity, quality, and efficiency.
