platforms. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create
compelling user experiences that align with our brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user
needs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering their growth.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for refinement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, HCI, Interaction Design, or any degree.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design for web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
