Job Description — UI/UX Designer & Full Stack Developer

Help build engaging digital products and the The Refactor Factory brand by combining strong UI/UX design skills with hands-on full-stack development.

You will work across product design, websites, web applications, branding, marketing creatives and software development, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to turn ideas into functional and visually engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX & Design

• Design UI/UX for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows
• Design websites and landing pages
• Create product branding and brand identity assets
• Create marketing creatives and social media posts
• Create presentations and promotional materials
• Produce and edit short marketing videos
• Create AI-generated marketing and visual assets
• Maintain consistency across product and marketing experiences

Full Stack Development

• Convert Figma/UI designs into responsive web interfaces
• Develop and maintain frontend applications
• Build backend APIs and application functionality
• Work with databases and data models
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Connect frontend applications with backend services
• Debug, test and improve applications
• Deploy and maintain web applications
• Work closely with developers and product teams to build production-ready features

• Ability to work independently as well as with product and engineering teams
• Passion for building real products and experimenting with new technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, IT, Multimedia or a related field (or pursuing)
• Freshers and interns are welcome
• Candidates with a strong portfolio or personal projects are preferred
• A portfolio containing both design work and working applications/projects will be an advantage
