About The Role
We need a hands-on QA Engineer who can keep our product solid. The core of this role is thorough manual testing; ideally, you can also jump into our test code to update and extend automated tests as features change. This is a focused quality role. Your job is to find issues before our users do and to keep our automated coverage current.

This is a contract-to-hire role.

What You'll Do
• Plan and execute manual test cases: exploratory, regression, and edge-case testing across web/mobile/API.
• Update and extend existing automated tests in code as features ship and change.
• Reproduce, document, and track bugs clearly, and verify fixes.
• Write and maintain test plans and clear, repeatable test cases.
• Partner with developers to understand changes and confirm acceptance criteria are met before release.

Qualifications
Required
• 2+ years in a QA / testing role with strong manual testing skills.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and good at thinking like a user to surface real-world bugs.
• Comfortable with version control (Git) and reading/running an existing test suite.
• Clear written communication for bug reports and test documentation.

Nice to Have
• Ability to write automated tests from scratch in code (e.g. [Playwright / Cypress / Selenium].
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Interest in growing into release management and broader QC ownership over time.
• Experience testing LLM-powered or AI features, including evaluating non-deterministic and open-ended outputs.
