About the job
What we do
We add an intelligence layer to real businesses. We connect all the fragmented data inside a company, the ERP, the CRM, the spreadsheets, the phone system, into one connected model, and build software on top that lets the owner execute quicker, smarter, and more efficiently. Forecasting, purchasing, customer service, revenue recovery. All of it automated, all of it connected.
We deploy on site, inside the company. We map the operation, then we build the system that runs it. Our clients are American mid-market businesses: distributors, manufacturers, companies that move real product. They're the backbone of the economy and they're running on tools from 2005. We change that permanently.
Before this, we built and deployed agentic AI systems for smaller businesses. Autonomous bots handling sales, scheduling, and operations, live in production today.
The team
You'll work directly with cofounders who built the world's first self-driving scooter fleet , and who have engineered ride systems for the largest theme parks in the world, from Orlando to Japan. You work next to the people who built real things.
The work
You report to the CTO on live client builds. Real scope, real deadlines.
- Integrations against ERPs, CRMs, and business systems: REST APIs, webhooks, data syncs
- Data pipelines that turn messy operational data into one connected model
- Internal tools: inventory dashboards, supplier portals, forecast engines
- LLM agents that do real work inside real companies
- Deploy and maintain everything you build on live infrastructure
Who we want
A++ people only. Specifically:
- People that have built cool shit
- Solid Python or TypeScript, comfortable picking up the other
- Real API experience: auth, pagination, error handling
- SQL and strong data modeling instincts
- You've built with the Claude or OpenAI API, or use AI tooling daily and understand how it works
- You finish what you start
- You care how businesses actually work, not just how code works
Nice to have: ERP exposure (Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP), Linux server admin, agent systems.
Why here
You'll touch the entire stack, sit inside real companies, and watch them get rebuilt around software you wrote. Perform, and this converts into a founding-team engineering role.
How to apply
No cover letter. Send something you built and two sentences on why it was hard. Definitly send your GitHub or anything real.
