Vannin Group's Healthcare Division delivers turnkey hospital projects, the Greencube HIMSS Stage 7 electronic health record, and mobile clinics for ministries, hospital networks, and international organisations across more than 20 countries.

The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our healthcare pipeline across priority international markets. You will identify, qualify, and progress opportunities for Greencube, mobile clinics, and turnkey hospital programmes from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and close.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of Greencube, mobile clinic, and turnkey healthcare opportunities.
• Engage decision-makers across ministries of health, hospital groups, NGOs, and industry partners.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, project, and finance teams to shape credible proposals.
• Represent Vannin Group at healthcare events, conferences, and trade missions.
• Maintain accurate CRM discipline, next steps, and pipeline forecasting.
• Feed market intelligence into our go-to-market strategy.

Essential Requirements

• 7+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, or healthcare infrastructure.
• Proven experience with large-value government, hospital, or international healthcare contracts.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent relationship-building, executive communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally, up to 50%.

Desirable

• Experience across the Middle East, Africa, or Latin America.
• Working knowledge of Spanish, French, or Arabic.
• Existing network in the ministry-of-health or healthcare-infrastructure sector.
