Project Manager

Kaizen Deliverables is a software development services company that partners with startups and enterprise organizations to design, build, and deliver scalable digital solutions. Our expertise spans web and mobile development, cloud platforms, AI/ML solutions, enterprise applications, and digital transformation projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software development projects from discovery through deployment and post-launch support.
Gather and clarify business requirements with clients and translate them into actionable project plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status updates and executive reporting.
Work closely with Product Managers and technical leads to prioritize features and balance business needs with technical feasibility.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Track project metrics such as sprint velocity, burn-down charts, defect rates, and delivery milestones.
Manage change requests and scope changes while minimizing project risks.
Support pre-sales activities by assisting with project estimation, solution planning, and client presentations when needed.
