Key Responsibilities
 Architect, Develop, and Own: Lead the development, maintenance, and scalability of robust, responsive fullstack applications using React.js and Python (Django/Flask).
 System Design & Performance: Design scalable database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and optimize complex
queries for high-throughput, large-scale applications.
 Cloud & Infrastructure Ownership: Architect, deploy, and manage secure, resilient cloud infrastructure on
Azure. Own the containerization (Docker) and orchestration strategy.
 Modern CI/CD Practices: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless,
automated, and secure production deployments.
 API Architecture: Design clean, well-documented, and highly performant RESTful APIs and microservices.
 Engineering Excellence: Set and enforce high code quality standards through rigorous code reviews,
automated testing, and technical documentation.
 Technical Leadership: Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous business
requirements into clear technical roadmaps. Mentoring junior/mid-level developers is highly encouraged.
Requirements
 Experience: 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience building and deploying productiongrade, large-scale web applications.
 Back-End Expertise: Deep production experience with Python and advanced knowledge of Django or Flask
frameworks (including ORM optimization, caching strategies, and security best practices).
 Front-End Expertise: Proven track record of building complex, high-performance user interfaces using
React.js, Tailwind CSS, and state management libraries.
 Production Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience architecting and managing infrastructure on Azure,
including computing, networking, and security services. Strong proficiency with Docker and production CI/CD
tools.
 Data Management: Advanced knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including indexing,
query optimization, and handling high-concurrency data layers.
Problem Solving & Independence: Exceptional system debugging skills; proven ability to systematically
troubleshoot and resolve critical production incidents.
 Communication: Excellent verbal, aural and written communication skills, with a proven ability to explain
complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and turn ambiguous, unstructured project briefs
into structured execution plans
Qualifications
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical
experience).
 Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Celery) or Redis for handling asynchronous tasks in large
systems.
 Practical exposure to or strong interest in integrating AI/ML models into web applications is a strong plus.
 1+ years of practical experience integrating foundation LLMs into web backends. Proficient in structured
prompt engineering, output formatting, cost/latency benchmarking, and handling vector embeddings.
