Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to own what the customer sees and touches, working with a world-class cross-functional team to deliver a stunning, conversion-optimized experience.
This is not a feature factory role. You'll be shaping how e-commerce works in the region, bringing personalization, AI innovation, and operational excellence together into a seamless experience that customers love and competitors study.

What You'll Own
● The full customer-facing product surface
● Commerce infrastructure: payments, refunds, and payouts
● Operations product strategy: building toward a proprietary customer service solution, agent visibility and integrations
● Conversion rate as your North Star, driven by research, data, and relentless iteration
● Cross-functional coordination with engineering, design, operations, supply, marketing, and management

Essentials
● Familiarity and expertise with AI and its tools (Claude, Claude Code, MCPs, Workflows)
● Being hands-on, building with AI not just to MVP, but to also push to customers
● Data is the only language we speak (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Posthog are your friends)
