About the job

Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day fulfillment and warehouse operations. You’ll work closely with our operations team to make sure product moves accurately and efficiently — from receiving and storage through pick, pack, and ship. This is a hands-on role in a small, collaborative environment where your work directly impacts the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments from manufacturing and third-party suppliers
  • Support pick and pack operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately according to specs and brand standards
  • Assist in staging outbound shipments via small parcel and freight carriers, including cold-chain packing when required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment including regular tidying of work areas and common spaces
  • Support proper storage and rotation of inventory (FIFO) to ensure product integrity
  • Monitor and maintain shipping supply inventory (boxes, tape, void fill, cold-chain materials, etc.), flagging replenishment needs proactively
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory
  • Flag discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to the operations team
  • Support special projects including retail replenishment, wholesale orders, and promotional kits

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience (consumer goods or food/beverage a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Dependable, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working at a physical pace — standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving throughout the warehouse
  • Flexible to accommodate shift or schedule changes as needed
  • Basic computer skills

Job Type & Compensation

  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  • Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with optional Saturdays during peak season.
  • Pay Range: $21-25 per hour (based on experience)

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off: Earn up to 25 paid days annually
  • Health Insurance: 80% employer contribution for full-time employees for medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Currently employee contribution only
  • Performance-Based Bonuses
  • Anniversary Bonuses
  • Regular weekly schedule
  • Part-time opportunities
  • 75% product discount
  • 24+ free products annually
  • Warm, supportive work environment
  • Snacks, team events, and a culture of celebration!
