HR Intern (Clone)

Overview

As an HR Intern, you'll get a front-row seat to how a fast-growing startup attracts, evaluates, and hires great talent. You'll work on real hiring challenges, interact with candidates, support recruitment initiatives, and learn what it takes to build high-performing teams from the ground up.

This is not a back-office internship. You'll be part of conversations, decisions, and projects that directly impact hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage with potential candidates
• Support recruitment and interview coordination
• Review candidate profiles and maintain hiring pipelines
• Conduct talent and market research
• Help create an exceptional candidate experience
• Support people and hiring initiatives as we grow

Technical Skills

• Interested in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
• Curious about people, hiring, and workplace culture
• Strong communicator who enjoys interacting with others
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Takes ownership and follows through on commitments
