Compensation: Equity-only at junior-team level (0.1–0.3% range, negotiated) + cash conversion on Series A close

Lens is the institutional infrastructure for media trust. We are building IQS — an Independent Quality Score that lets readers, institutions, and platforms verify the integrity of any piece of content at the source layer. Backed by GK Media Group LLC. Pre-seed closing now; Series A on the horizon.

The role

You keep the pipes flowing. You are the person who knows where every document lives, who replied to which email, what's on every calendar, and whether the printer for the posters actually got the file. You make the Senior PM and the Founder look like they have eight arms each.

This is a high-leverage role for someone who likes operational craft. The right person becomes a Senior PM within 12 months as we scale.

What you will own

• Hiring sprint logistics — calendar coordination, candidate communication, scheduling, take-home tracking, offer paperwork
• Document management — Notion, Drive, contracts repo, deliverables index
• Vendor coordination — print shops, design contractors, hosting, legal services
• Meeting prep — agendas, briefs, post-meeting action item tracking
• Calendar and inbox triage for the Founder when the Senior PM is in the weeds
• Slack and Telegram pipeline hygiene — making sure nothing important gets dropped
• Postering, event logistics, NYC-on-the-ground tasks (NYC-based candidates only for this portion)

What you bring

• 1–3 years in operations, executive assistance, project coordination, or similar
• Obsessively organized — the kind of person who actually uses calendar blocks
• Fast over email, Slack, Telegram, and phone
• Comfortable being told "drop everything and run this errand right now"
• Discretion — you will see investor materials, financial information, and personnel decisions

Bonus

• NYC-based and mobile around the five boroughs
• Notion power user
• Background in startup ops, talent ops, or executive assistance at a tech company

Compensation philosophy

You take a meaningful equity stake in exchange for sweat now. Once Series A closes, equity converts partially to cash compensation at market rate. We are transparent about this from day one. If you need a market-rate salary today, this is not the right role for you. If you want to own a piece of what we are building, we want to talk.
