The Role
We're looking for a scrappy, creative growth marketer who can own both sides of our marketplace — students (B2C) and colleges (B2B). You'll be our first marketing hire, which means you'll have real ownership and real impact from day one.
This is not a polished corporate marketing role. It's for someone who experiments fast, learns faster, and isn't waiting for a budget to get creative.

Responsibilities
Drive student acquisition through social, content, SEO, and community channels
Support B2B outreach to college admissions and enrollment teams alongside the founder
Build and run campaigns across both audiences — testing what works and doubling down
Own our social presence and brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Track funnel metrics and report on what's moving the needle
Collaborate directly with the CEO on positioning, messaging, and growth strategy

Qualifications
2-5 years of marketing or growth experience (startup experience a plus)
Comfortable operating on both B2B and B2C — you understand the audiences are different
Strong written communicator — you can write a cold email and a student-facing Instagram caption in the same afternoon
Data-curious — you use numbers to make decisions, not just to report
Mission-driven — college access and equity actually matter to you
