Position Overview
JUS Official Services is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Travel Agent to coordinate travel arrangements for clients, talent, staff, and business operations.
This role is responsible for booking and managing transportation, lodging, and travel logistics for tours, events, business trips, and client-related travel needs. The Travel Agent ensures smooth, efficient, and cost-effective travel experiences while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and organization.
This is an independent contractor role with compensation based on completed bookings and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Book flights, hotels, transportation, and travel packages for clients and staff.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
- Research optimal travel options based on budget, timing, and client needs.
- Manage itineraries for tours, events, and multi-location schedules.
- Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors as needed.
- Handle travel changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and confirmed.
- Maintain detailed records of bookings and itineraries.
- Support visa, documentation, and travel requirement coordination when applicable.
- Provide timely updates and travel confirmations to leadership and clients.

- Creator and influencer travel arrangements

- Luxury or VIP travel experiences

Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage schedules and logistics efficiently.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in booking information.
Preferred
- Experience as a travel agent, travel coordinator, or logistics planner.
- Familiarity with airline booking systems, hotel platforms, or travel management software.
- Experience working with touring artists, corporate travel, or VIP clients.
- Understanding of visa requirements and international travel logistics.
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure or last-minute situations.
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor (1099) position.
Travel Agents earn compensation based on:
- Completed travel bookings (flights, hotels, packages, etc.)
- Commission from vendor partnerships or booking platforms
- Service fees per itinerary or travel plan
- Performance bonuses for complex or high-volume travel coordination
There is no hourly wage or salary unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. No employee benefits, paid time off, or guaranteed workload is provided.
Independent Contractor Status
This role is offered exclusively as an Independent Contractor (1099) position.
Contractors are responsible for their own tools, booking systems, taxes, and business expenses. This role does not establish an employer-employee relationship.
Background Check Requirement
All applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to onboarding or handling client travel arrangements.
Failure to successfully complete the required screening may result in disqualification.
