Position Overview

JUS Official Services is seeking a polished, resourceful, and highly professional Luxury Experience Concierge to design, coordinate, and deliver high-end experiences for clients, partners, and special engagements.

This role focuses on creating seamless, elevated, and memorable experiences by handling logistics, coordinating vendors, and fulfilling premium requests for clients across entertainment, business, travel, events, and lifestyle experiences.

This is a commission-based independent contractor role for individuals who excel in service, coordination, and high-touch client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate luxury and premium client experiences from planning to execution.
• Manage logistics for events, travel-related requests, and VIP engagements.
• Source and coordinate vendors (venues, transportation, hospitality, entertainment, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value client experience requests.
• Ensure all experiences are executed smoothly, professionally, and on schedule.
• Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings, preferences, and service requirements.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Handle last-minute changes or high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Uphold a high standard of discretion, confidentiality, and client care.

Qualifications

Required

Preferred

• Experience in hospitality, event planning, concierge services, luxury travel, entertainment coordination, or client services.
• Background in hotels, airlines, event production, or high-end customer service environments.
• Familiarity with working with high-profile clients or fast-paced scheduling environments.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Compensation

This is a commission and/or service fee-based independent contractor opportunity.

Luxury Experience Concierges earn compensation based on:

• Successfully completed client experiences
• Coordination fees per project or engagement
• Commission tied to service packages or client spend
• Performance-based bonuses for high-value or recurring clients

There is no hourly wage or salary unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. No employee benefits, paid time off, or guaranteed hours are provided.

Independent Contractor Status

This position is offered exclusively as an Independent Contractor (1099) role.

Contractors are responsible for their own scheduling, tools, transportation (if applicable), taxes, and business expenses. This role does not create an employer-employee relationship.

Background Check Requirement

All applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to onboarding or handling client-facing luxury or high-value experiences.

Failure to successfully complete the required screening may result in disqualification.
