Position Overview

JUS Official Services is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual assets for clients, internal campaigns, and brand initiatives across multiple divisions.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for turning ideas, concepts, and brand direction into visually compelling designs that support marketing, talent, and business development efforts. This role is project-based and focused on delivering professional, modern, and impactful creative work.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with flexible workload and performance-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for marketing, branding, and promotional use.
• Create logos, brand identities, and visual systems for clients.
• Produce social media graphics, advertisements, and digital content.
• Design posters, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
• Develop album artwork, cover art, and entertainment-related visuals.
• Collaborate with leadership and clients to interpret creative direction.
• Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Prepare final files in required formats for digital and print use.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design ability.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to interpret creative direction and execute independently.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects.

Preferred

• Experience in branding, marketing design, or digital content creation.
• Familiarity with social media content trends and creator economy aesthetics.
• Experience working with businesses, artists, or personal brands.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills (bonus).

Compensation

This is a project-based independent contractor (1099) role.

Graphic Designers are compensated per approved project, deliverable, or agreed creative package in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement and project scope.

There is no hourly wage or salary unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. No employee benefits, paid time off, or guaranteed workload is provided.

Independent Contractor Status

This role is offered exclusively as an Independent Contractor (1099) position.

Contractors are responsible for their own tools, software, schedule, taxes, and business expenses. This role does not create an employer-employee relationship.

Background Check Requirement

All applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to onboarding and assignment of client work.

Failure to successfully complete the required screening may result in disqualification.
