Position Overview
JUS Official Services is seeking a highly responsible and experienced Client Security Director to oversee safety, risk management, and protective coordination for clients, events, and business operations as needed.
This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and ensuring appropriate security measures are in place for client engagements, live events, corporate interactions, travel support, and high-profile activities. The Client Security Director is responsible for assessing risk, coordinating protective strategies, and ensuring safe execution of company-related operations.
This is an independent contractor position requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong situational awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess security needs for clients, events, and business operations.
- Develop and implement safety and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate on-site or remote security support for events and engagements.
- Identify potential risks and recommend preventative measures.
- Liaise with venues, event organizers, and relevant personnel regarding safety protocols.
- Support secure transportation and movement logistics when required.
- Maintain awareness of local laws, regulations, and venue-specific security requirements.
- Respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies when they arise.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters involving clients and operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish security procedures and best practices.

- Private events and appearances
- Tours and travel-related engagements
- Content creator and influencer appearances
- Venue-based operations
- High-visibility client interactions

Qualifications
Required
- Strong understanding of security principles, risk assessment, and situational awareness.
- Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Physical and/or operational ability to manage security responsibilities as needed.
- Reliable transportation and communication tools.
Preferred
- Experience in private security, event security, executive protection, law enforcement, military, or risk management.
- Experience working with entertainment, corporate, or live event environments.
- Familiarity with crowd management, venue security, or protective logistics.
- Prior leadership or coordination experience in security-related roles.
Licensing Requirement
Depending on the jurisdiction and nature of assignments, the Client Security Director may be required to obtain and maintain appropriate security licenses, certifications, or permits at their own expense in order to legally perform certain duties.
Contractors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing security services.
Compensation
This is a commission and/or project-based independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation may vary based on assignment type, scope of responsibility, and client engagement requirements, in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement.
There is no hourly wage or salary unless expressly agreed upon in writing. No employee benefits, paid time off, or guaranteed hours are provided.
Independent Contractor Status
This position is offered exclusively as an Independent Contractor (1099) role.
Contractors are responsible for their own schedule, equipment, licensing, taxes, and business expenses. Nothing in this role establishes an employer-employee relationship.
Background Check Requirement
All applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to onboarding or assignment.
Failure to successfully complete the required screening may result in disqualification.
