Position Overview

JUS Official Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists to provide cleaning and maintenance support for scheduled residential, commercial, and event-related spaces across select Texas locations.

This is an independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and pay-per-job compensation. Cleaning Specialists are responsible for delivering high-quality, professional cleaning services based on assigned jobs within their designated service area.

Approved Service Locations (MUST RESIDE IN ONE)

Applicants must currently live in and primarily operate within one of the following locations:

• Anahuac, TX
• Austin, TX
• Dallas, TX
• El Paso, TX
• Fort Worth, TX
• Galveston, TX
• Houston, TX
• Lubbock, TX
• New Braunfels, TX
• Round Rock, TX
• San Antonio, TX
• San Marcos, TX
• Waco, TX

Applicants outside these locations will not be considered. No relocation support is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard cleaning services for assigned residential, commercial, or event spaces.
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards for quality and consistency.
• Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Remove trash and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Restock basic supplies when required.
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.
• Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients or site contacts.
• Ensure all work areas are left clean, organized, and presentable.

Qualifications

Required

• Must live in one of the approved Texas locations listed above.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Reliable transportation within local service area.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet job schedules.
• Professional and respectful demeanor.

Preferred

• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality cleaning.
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or facilities maintenance.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and standard cleaning products.

Compensation

This is a per-job, independent contractor (1099) position.

Cleaning Specialists are paid based on assigned cleaning jobs completed in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement. Pay varies depending on job size, location, and scope of work.

There is no hourly wage or salary. No employee benefits, paid time off, or guaranteed hours are provided.

Independent Contractor Status

This role is offered exclusively as an Independent Contractor (1099) position.

Contractors are responsible for their own schedules, equipment, transportation, taxes, and business expenses. This role does not establish an employer-employee relationship.

Background Check Requirement

All applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to acceptance and assignment of cleaning jobs.

Failure to pass the required screening may result in disqualification from consideration.
