Virtual Assistant (Remote LATAM Talent Pool)

What you would do

• Organize documents, spreadsheets and business information.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks.
• Update CRM records and internal databases.
• Coordinate activities across different teams.
• Research information and prepare concise reports.
• Keep internal documentation accurate and organized.
• Support daily business operations using modern digital tools.

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Operations Assistant.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate English is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM software.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
• Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams.
• Knowledge of Notion, Slack or similar collaboration tools.
