About the Role
We're looking for a Visual Designer Intern who can bring Martini Art to life across every surface — from a single social frame to a full brand system. You'll have real ownership over how we look and move: graphics, video, motion, social content, branding, and web. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong creative instincts who wants to build a portfolio that shows genuine range and craft — at a company that lives and breathes visual creation.

What You'll Work On

• Graphics — static visuals for social, marketing, and presentations
• Video — short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X
• Motion Graphics — animated assets, transitions, and branded intros/outros (After Effects, Lottie, or Figma prototyping)
• Social Media — platform-native content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
• Branding — brand guidelines, typography systems, color palettes, iconography, visual language
• Website — visual design for landing pages and web assets; collaboration with development on execution

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio showing strong work across at least 3 of the above categories
• Proficiency in Figma; comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong visual instincts — you understand hierarchy, pacing, and when to be loud vs. quiet
• Ability to execute from a brief quickly and iterate without hand-holding
• Organized and self-directed — clean files, clear naming, systems you'd actually want to maintain
• Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate before starting
• US work authorization required; O-1 or J-1 visa holders welcome

Bonus If You Have

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, Sora, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
• Experience creating content for Chinese social platforms (Xiaohongshu, Douyin)
• A distinct personal aesthetic — something in your portfolio that isn't just "clean and minimal"
• Video editing and color grading skills
• Experience designing for both brand and product at the same company
