We are looking for thoughtful, intuitive individuals who genuinely care about people and relationships to join as matchmakers. This is an early-stage opportunity in matching and pairing people together. Responsibilities:
Match individuals thoughtfully based on compatibility, goals, and readiness for family planning
Review profiles and identify meaningful, high-potential connections
Make introductions that have the potential to genuinely impact people’s lives
Bring care, judgment, and intuition to the matching process
Play a direct role in helping people find aligned partners for one of the most important decisions they’ll make

Time Commitment: Approximately 2–5 hours per week, flexible and as needed.

Compensation:
No base compensation.
Potential for commission-based involvement, depending on fit and contribution.

Qualifications:
Strong intuition around people, relationships, and compatibility
Genuine interest in helping others build meaningful relationships
Background in matchmaking, coaching, psychology, or related areas is a plus, but not required
