Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and caring Staff Nurses who can deliver high-quality patient care, monitor health conditions, assist with medications, and provide personalized nursing support at the patient's residence.

The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge, patient handling skills, and the ability to provide safe and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

🩺 Patient Care

Provide professional nursing care to patients at their home.
Assist patients with daily healthcare requirements.
Maintain patient comfort, safety, and hygiene.

❤️ Vital Monitoring

Monitor and record patient vital signs such as:
Blood Pressure
Temperature
Pulse Rate
Oxygen Level (SpO2)
Observe patient health conditions and report changes.

💊 Medication Support

Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.
Maintain medication schedules and records.
Support treatment procedures as required.

🧼 Personal Care Assistance

Assist patients with hygiene and personal care activities.
Support mobility and daily living activities based on patient needs.
Ensure a clean and safe patient environment.

📋 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain patient care records.
Coordinate with doctors, supervisors, and family members regarding patient updates.
Required Qualifications

✅ ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwife)
✅ GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)
✅ B.Sc Nursing

Experience Required
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with up to 6 years of nursing experience can apply.
Experience in hospital, ICU, home healthcare, or patient care services will be preferred.

👩‍⚕️ Gender: Male & Female Candidates

⏰ Shift Options:

12 Hours Duty: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month

24 Hours Duty: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month
