We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Manual Tester to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, final-year students, or individuals looking to start a career in Software Quality Assurance.

As a Junior QA Manual Tester, you will work closely with developers, product teams, and experienced QA professionals to help ensure that web and mobile applications meet quality standards before they are released to users. The role provides hands-on exposure to real-world software projects and offers a strong foundation for career growth within Quality Assurance and Software Testing.

Key Responsibilities
Review business and functional requirements to understand application behavior and expected outcomes.
Create and execute test cases based on project requirements.
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Verify bug fixes and ensure issues have been properly resolved.
Collaborate with development and product teams to improve product quality.
Participate in Agile and Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups and sprint activities.
Help maintain testing documentation and test results.
Contribute to ensuring a positive user experience through thorough testing and quality validation.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

A basic understanding of Software Testing and Quality Assurance principles.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues that may impact users.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
A genuine interest in building a career in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
