As we build our MVP, we are establishing the Prism Circle, EVONAIRE’s regional care network that helps shape community support practices and care operations within our Guardian Dashboard.

About the Prism Circle

The Prism Circle is a network of Regional Social Workers and care professionals responsible for helping design compassionate, community-centered support systems from the ground up.

We believe communities have different needs, challenges, and strengths. The Prism Circle ensures that regional perspectives help inform how care systems are built, improved, and stewarded over time.

This is an opportunity to help create foundational care infrastructure at an early-stage public benefit corporation.

What is Regional Ownership?

Regional ownership means serving as the designated care leader and steward for a geographic region of the United States.

It is not territorial ownership. It is a leadership responsibility.

Regional Social Workers help:

• Represent the needs and perspectives of their region.
• Inform care policies and support frameworks.
• Build relationships with community organizations and care ecosystems where appropriate.
• Contribute regional insights to product and operational decisions.
• Help ensure that care systems remain compassionate, equitable, and responsive to diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Regional Social Worker and Prism Circle Care Moderator.
• Help design and improve community-centered care frameworks.
• Contribute to Guardian Dashboard workflows and care operations.
• Develop educational materials, support resources, and care guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen community wellbeing initiatives.
• Collaborate with fellow Regional Social Workers and independent contractor care workers.
• Participate in policy discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help build ethical, accessible, and consent-based support systems.

Compensation and Equity

EVONAIRE INC. is currently a pre-revenue company operating with an equity-based model.

The Prism Circle has a dedicated 10% company equity pool reserved for its regional leadership structure. Regional Social Workers are foundational contributors helping establish EVONAIRE’s care infrastructure and long-term stewardship model.

Equity details, vesting schedules, responsibilities, and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
