Key Responsibilities

University Campaign (Primary Initiative)
Strategic Research: Conduct structured research on target institutions, faculty contacts, and curriculum alignment to identify high-potential outreach opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Lead Tier 1 outreach pipeline management, including personalized engagement with L&D managers, program directors, and faculty.
Solution Alignment: Identify prospect needs and map them to VECTRA Marketplace offerings, translating institutional context into tailored proposals.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain the university lead master in Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy and territory segmentation. Track KPIs, including outreach volume, meeting conversion rates, and pilot progress.
Program Coordination: Act as the primary contact for university-related queries and support the recruitment and tracking of the ambassador internship program.
Conferences & Events (Secondary Initiative)
This role manages end-to-end conference support, including industry research, logistics, TBM briefing preparation, Zoho lead tracking, and post-event follow-up.
Event Planning: Research and identify industry-relevant conferences (ESG, supply chain, sustainability regulation) and manage end-to-end logistics, including collateral and merchandise coordination.
Strategic Prep: Brief Territory Business Managers (TBMs) with prospect intelligence, sector context, and talking points prior to events.
Lead Conversion: Oversee post-event lead follow-up, ensuring timely logging in Zoho and handoff to TBMs.
Budget Management: Oversee and reconcile management budgets for sales campaigns, university initiatives, and conference attendance.
Brand Compliance: Ensure all university and conference collateral adheres to the new VECTRA brand guidelines.
Sales Enablement & Support
Client Preparation: Support TBMs in preparing for client conversations through briefing notes and opportunity documentation.
Framework Maintenance: Manage the Sales Enablement Framework, including call scripts, email templates, and sector briefings.
SDR Program Management: Supervise the outsourced SDR program for Vietnam and Brazil, monitoring agency performance, call quality, and outcomes.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination Central Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for sales-related requests to Marketing, Ecommerce, and Marketplace, routing these through the ticketing system. Content Alignment: Coordinate with Ecommerce and Marketing to submit structured briefs for sales-relevant content, ensuring SLA compliance. Strategic Planning: Attend and contribute to bi-weekly alignment meetings; consult with Sales Leadership before managing cross-functional tasks. Process Improvement: Continuously recommend and implement improvements for sales workflows, including merchandise/marketing ticketing systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
University Campaign: Outreach volume, qualified meetings per month, signed pilot agreements, and cohort enrollments.
Conferences: Achievement of annual exhibit targets, lead logging efficiency, and on-time delivery of TBM briefings.
SDR Program: Regional meeting quotas, meeting quality rate (75%+), and CRM compliance.
Coordination: Ticketing system adoption rates, SLA adherence, and active participation in alignment meetings.
Reporting: Timely delivery of weekly pipeline updates and monthly activity summaries.**
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho CRM experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
