RSVP & Hospitality Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for an RSVP & Hospitality Lead - a natural charmer, a top-notch communicator, someone who can win over a hotel team in one breath and calm an anxious guest over WhatsApp in the next. Guest experience is
what truly makes or breaks a wedding - if you’ve got it in you to own that, this role’s waiting for you.
You’ll lead the RSVP & Hospitality desk team and work closely with production, vendor, and leadership teams to make sure every guest, every time, feels like the only one in the room.

Who We’re Looking For
• 3-5 years of experience leading guest relations, hospitality, or event operations
• A natural communicator who can hold a room - and a hotel team - with equal ease
• A proven negotiator who gets vendors to say yes on your terms
• Sharp with Microsoft tools - especially PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets - for guest trackers and client-ready presentations
• A design eye sharp enough to sign off on stationery and guest touchpoints
• Someone who’s led a team before, and knows the difference between managing people and getting the best out of them
• Unshaken under pressure, with the judgment to make the right call when there’s no time to ask
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Telugu is an added advantage
• Available full-time, in-office, Hyderabad
