About Us
We are a founding team building Remote Law Bridge — a legal-tech platform currently in active development. The product is pre-launch and you will be one of the early engineers building the core AI system from the ground up. Small team, real ownership, and zero bureaucracy.
The Role
Own the product's GenAI layer — RAG pipelines, grounded document Q&A, and AI-assisted workflows. You will build AI features that are accurate, safe, and evaluation-backed, not just prompts thrown at an LLM.
Must-Have
- 2+ years experience of hands-on working with LLM
- Python as the primary language for AI development
- Experience building RAG systems — embeddings, vector databases, retrieval pipelines
- Understands hallucination, grounding, and evaluation — not just prompting
- Can ship working AI features and iterate based on eval results
Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks
- Backend/API experience to integrate AI features end-to-end
- Experience with fine-tuning or building custom evals
Who Should Not Apply
- If you have less than 2 years of real GenAI/ML experience
- If you cannot work on-site in Jabalpur
